As OSHA unveils the 2024 list of its 10 most frequently cited safety violations, there are once again no surprises at the top. For the 14th consecutive year, Fall Protection came in at number one with 6,307 violations—far and away the most commonly cited standard following inspections of worksites for all industries. Hazard Communication was next at 2,888, followed by Ladders and Respiratory Protection.
