Rob deViere

Rob is Vice President, National Workers' Compensation Underwriting for ICW Group. He is directly responsible for underwriting, sales, marketing, and product management, with dotted-line responsibilities for claims, loss control, audit, and customer experience. Active in the insurance industry, Rob is a past chairperson and current member of the Board of Directors for the National Workers’ Compensation Reinsurance Association (NWCRA), a member of the Board of Governors for the Florida Workers’ Compensation Joint Underwriting Association (FWCJUA), a member of the Board of Directors for the Florida Workers’ Compensation Insurance Guaranty Association (FWCIGA), and past chairperson and current member of the Missouri Aggregate Excess of Loss Reinsurance Mechanism (MOAELRM) Advisory Board. Rob is also active with the National Council on Compensation Insurance (NCCI), including the NCCI Underwriting Committee. Rob has over 30 years of workers’ compensation insurance experience. His diverse insurance career includes senior management and executive positions with national workers’ compensation insurance carriers; ownership of an independent insurance agency; and management of a multi-million dollar workers’ compensation insurance program. Rob is a Florida-licensed general lines, life, health, and variable annuities insurance agent with non-resident licenses in additional states.
